Purchase Terms & Refunds
1. Introduction
Contracting parties: These Terms and Conditions of Purchase are entered into between Scandinavian SkiPass AB with organization number 559305-1724 ("The seller) and the consumer who makes a purchase (The buyer") via scandinavianskipass.se ("The online store``"). Together, the Seller and the Buyer are referred to as "The Parties" and separately as "Part".
Approval: By making a purchase in the Webshop, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accept Terms of Purchase and agrees to comply with them.
Consumer protection: The contractual relationship between the Parties is governed by the Distance Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59) and the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 2022:260). These laws contain mandatory rules on the rights and obligations of consumers and businesses.
Customer Service: The Seller answers the Buyer's questions (with certain exceptions) within 48 hours on business days excluding public holidays. Customer service can be contacted via the contact details provided at the end of these purchase terms.
2. Prices and ordering
Prices: The prices displayed in the Webshop at the time the order is placed apply. All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT. Any payment and shipping fees are added and specified separately. The total price of the order, including these fees, is clearly presented to the Buyer before the purchase is completed and is also shown on the order confirmation.
Promotions, discount codes and offers: The Seller may on various occasions offer promotions, discount codes or other offers (”Offers) for some products. Offers are valid at the promotional price or on the stated terms during the specified period shown in connection with the Offer or while stocks last. Otherwise, these apply Terms and Conditions on all purchases. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, unless expressly stated. Payment obligation: The buyer's purchase/order constitutes an obligation to pay.

Cancellation is not possible after the item has been delivered. If the Buyer regrets their purchase after delivery, the rules on the right of withdrawal apply.
2.2 Special terms when purchasing Season lift pass
Personal season lift pass: Season pass is personal and may only be used for the purchased the season by the person it was registered to at the time of purchase. It is not permitted to lend, transfer, or sell the lift pass to anyone else.
Abuse of season ski pass: In the event of misuse, such as unauthorized use of the lift pass by another person, we reserve the right the Seller himself the right to immediately block the lift pass without that the Buyer has any rätt till återbetalning. The seller also has the right to take further measures, such as claiming compensation or, if necessary, reporting the matter to the police.

We now offer the option to subscribe to your SkiPass. As a subscriber you get a discount on your SkiPass as well as the convenience of having the card automatically mailed to you before each season – completely without you having to do anything.
The subscription is flexible and can be cancelled at any time before the next shipment. By subscribing, you agree that we store your delivery details for this purpose.
Refund policy regarding Season pass: Season pass are generally non-refundable (However, the Seller may need to refund if a complaint is made, or in the event of a cancellation that occurs before the delivery has been made). Exceptions may be made in certain cases after an individual assessment. The seller decides whether a refund will be granted or not. To apply for a refund, please contact The seller's customer service and describe the situation. Refunds are not provided for events outside the Seller's control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters (e.g. earthquake or hurricane), or other force majeure events. 3. Payment terms
Payment: Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the Webshop at the time of purchase by the integrated payment service providers. Currently the payment options listed below are offered, with the payment terms stated below. As you can see, some payment options are provided via Klarna, Google and Apple Pay - and in those cases the respective provider's linked terms apply to your payment when that payment option is used.

Payment terms (Account/debit card): Payment is made at the time of purchase through our payment partners. The most common payment cards are accepted, such as Visa and Mastercard. When an order is placed, the amount is reserved on your account and charged at order confirmation. All transactions are encrypted and processed via a secure payment gateway. When paying by card, you as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the card is valid and has sufficient funds. In the event of payment problems, we reserve the right to cancel the order. For information about any fees that may apply to card payments, contact your bank. The respective card issuers' user/payment terms also apply to all purchases made through our e-commerce store.

Rewards program: When you shop with us or take part in promotions, you automatically earn points through our rewards program. These points can later be used to pay for all or part of future purchases of ski passes on our website. The points are personal and tied to your account. If you are inactive for more than 4 years, the points will expire and be removed from your balance. You can always see your current points balance when you are logged in to your account.
Partner program`: Our affiliate program allows you to earn 15% commission on sales made through your unique link. The program is suitable for anyone who wants to recommend Scandinavianskipass.se to friends, followers or networks – whether you are a private individual, an influencer or work in digital marketing.`
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery time: Delivery of lift tickets takes 1-4 business days and delivery of ski equipment will take place within 7 business days after the Seller has confirmed the order in writing by an order confirmation. In deliverydelay will the Seller inform Notify the buyer about this.
Delivery options: Deliveries are primarily made to the specified deliveryansadressen (home delivery), and, as a second option, to nearest pickup point (if home delivery is not possible). Delivery delay: In case of delivery delay, the buyer may claim compensation or, in certain cases, cancel the purchase in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. Note that a complaint due to a delay does not mean that the purchase agreement is automatically cancelled. The seller may in some cases first have the right to remedy the delay and complete the delivery within a reasonable time. It is also important to note that the Seller is not obliged to pay damages if the delay is caused by circumstances covered by force majeure-like situations under the law.
Cancellation and refund: If the delivery cannot be completed by the Seller, the Buyer will be informed of this, the purchase will Cancel orderas and the Buyer is refunded for the amount paid for canceled items.
5. Package pickup

Package pickup: When delivery is to a parcel pick-up point, the Buyer is responsible for receiving or collecting the package within the time stated in the notification (normally within 14 calendar days).

If the Buyer has purchased several goods or a good consisting of several parts, the withdrawal period is counted from the day the Buyer receives the last good or the last part of the good. 7. Complaints and returns
General

Return shipping and refunds
Please note: The Buyer should always contact the Seller before a return is initiated. The Seller strives to resolve the issue by repair or exchange for a new item. Any product warranty provided by the manufacturer covers only manufacturing defects and does not apply to normal wear and tear or misuse.
Complaints procedure: A complaint may be made in writing by e‑mail, post, telephone or otherwise. To ensure evidence, a written complaint is recommended. In a written complaint the Buyer should include a description of the defect and how and when it was discovered, which facilitates handling and enables a quick resolution. 8. Limitation of liability
The Buyer shall have no right to claim damages from the Seller for the Seller being in default or where a product is defective, if the Seller can demonstrate that the delay or defect is due to an impediment beyond the Seller’s control (i) which the Seller could not reasonably have been expected to foresee at the time of purchase, and (ii) the consequences of which the Seller could not reasonably have avoided or overcome (force majeure event). A circumstance of this kind may, in some cases, include any of the following: industrial dispute, fire, war, government decision, changed legislation or other similar events that are beyond the Seller’s control.

9. Product information
The Seller disclaims liability for any typographical errors or obvious inaccuracies in the Webshop, such as incorrect product information, stock levels or price, which the Buyer knew or reasonably should have known were incorrect.
The seller strives to present the goods as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that the images in the Webshop exactly reproduce the appearance of the goods. Color differences may occur due to, for example, monitor settings, photo quality and resolution. All image information should therefore be regarded as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to show the item's exact appearance or characteristics.

12. Assignment etc.
The Seller has the right to, in whole or in part, assign the purchase agreement, its rights and/or obligations under the agreement without obtaining the Buyer's consent. The Seller also has the right to engage subcontractors to fulfill its commitments and obligations under the agreement.
The Buyer may not assign the purchase agreement or its rights and obligations under the agreement without the Seller's prior written consent.
13. Changeis
The seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. They Terms and Conditions which the Buyer has approved at the time of purchase will, however, always apply to the purchase in question. All changes will be reflected in the most recently published version of terms of purchase in the online store.
14. Invalidity of provision
If any provision in Terms and Conditions If wholly or partly found to be unenforceable or invalid by a Swedish general court, an arbitral tribunal or the National Board for Consumer Disputes, this shall not mean that the terms and conditions as a whole are invalid. Instead, the provision in question shall remain valid in its remaining parts and all other provisions shall remain in force, and to the extent the invalidity affects a Party's rights or obligations, a reasonable adjustment shall be made.
15. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms and Conditions is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Swedish law.
If the Buyer, in the capacity of a consumer, becomes involved in a dispute with the Seller, the Buyer has the right to refer the dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for review. ARN can be reached via their website: www.arn.se eller per post på adressen: Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, PO Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.
